Lets discuss JPG, EMB files and digitizing. In order to create a screen print or digitized file we require a very clear JPG around the size of 640 x 480 px. You will find this size when you place your mouse cursor over the JPG file in your C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\My Pictures. If you have purchased an embroidered product from some other vendor you paid a set up dollar amount for that digitizing. They may have folded that into the over all price but that is a cost of setting up that order. That file belongs to you and they should have forwarded that file to you. Also, there are specific thread part #'s which are critical to creating the embroidery with the correct colors.  If that did not happen, then you could request that file/information from them. This would save you additional charges from us to have to replicate that digitized file. We would be willing to contact that original supplier via a three way call with you to acquire that file via email attachment.
